The number of active Cloud related job postings in Italy driven by Cloud decreased by 11.3% MoM, and decreased by 19.35% since October 2023, reaching 1,342 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 296 new Cloud related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 6.92% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 467 Cloud related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 13.04% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted decreased by 51.4% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed increased by 11.99%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 21.38%, the number of active Cloud related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 6.92% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 3.85%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Cloud related jobs posted stood at 443, the average number of Cloud related jobs closed stood at 475 and the average number of active Cloud related jobs stood at 1,562.
