Of the 48 deals, the deal secured between Accel; Amitabh Jhawar; Eurazeo; Global PayTech Ventures; Harry Stebbings; Ilkka Paananen; OpenOcean; OTB Ventures; SpeedInvest Gmbh and Kevin EU UAB, was the largest Private Equity/Venture Financing deal in the Lithuania, which was valued at $65.0 million and was completed on May 3, 2022. The second-largest deal was between GEM Digital Limited (Inactive) and Zenith Chain (UAB) Ltd, while the third-largest deal was between GEM Global Yield LLC SCS and Spark Technologies UAB. The GEM Digital Limited (Inactive)-Zenith Chain (UAB) Ltd deal and the GEM Global Yield LLC SCS-Spark Technologies UAB deal were valued at $35.0 million and $33.9 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Contrarian Ventures LLP; Elephant Venture Capital; Practica Capital UAB-PVcase valued at $26.7 million, whereas the deal between Eiffel Investment Group-Green Genius valued at $23.3 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $183.9 million and accounted for nearly 69.70% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
