The number of active Technology related job postings in Luxembourg driven by Technology decreased by 23.86% MoM, and decreased by 27.95% since October 2023, reaching 951 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 186 new Technology related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 24.7% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 484 Technology related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 50.31% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted decreased by 44.48% and the number of Technology related jobs closed increased by 66.9%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 17.81%, the number of active Technology related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 10.35% and the number of Technology related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 18.62%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Technology related jobs posted stood at 291, the average number of Technology related jobs closed stood at 372 and the average number of active Technology related jobs stood at 1,211.
