The second-largest deal was between Greenoaks Capital Management LLC; Index Ventures SA; Insight Partners; Salesforce Inc; Sequoia Capital Operations LLC and Wiz Inc, while the third-largest deal was between Eldridge Industries LLC; SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and AnyVision Interactive Technologies Ltd. The Greenoaks Capital Management LLC; Index Ventures SA; Insight Partners; Salesforce Inc; Sequoia Capital Operations LLC-Wiz Inc deal and the Eldridge Industries LLC; SoftBank Vision Fund 2-AnyVision Interactive Technologies Ltd deal were valued at $250.0 million and $235.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Acrew Capital; Aspect Ventures; Coatue Management LLC; Greylock Partners; Lightspeed Management Company, L.L.C; Shlomo Kramer; Singtel Innov8 Ventures Pte Ltd-Cato Networks Ltd valued at $200.0 million, whereas the deal between Awz Ventures Inc; Blackstone Inc; Evolution Equity Partners; Insight Partners; K1 Investment Management LLC-Pcysys Ltd valued at $150.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,405.0 million and accounted for nearly 45.01% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. The Middle East and Africa region accounted for 4.97% of the total Private Equity/Venture Financing deals done globally, and accounted for 9.82% of the total deal size on a global scale.
