The fourth-largest deal was between BentallGreenOak (Canada) Limited Partnership; Fidelity Management & Research Company; Hedosophia European Growth; Oaktree Capital Management LP; Zoom Video Communications Inc-Cvent, Inc.; Xebec Holdings, LLC valued at $475.0 million, whereas the deal between Siemens Financial Services GmbH; Volkswagen AG-Electrify America LLC valued at $450.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $3,520.0 million and accounted for nearly 1.61% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
