The fourth-largest deal was between Global Infrastructure Partners LLC; KKR & Co Inc; KKR Financial Holdings LLC-CyrusOne Inc valued at $15,000.0 million, whereas the deal between Abu Dhabi Investment Authority; Advent International Corp; Canada Pension Plan Investment Board; Crosspoint Capital Partners, LP; GIC Pte Ltd; Permira Advisers L.L.C.-McAfee Corp valued at $14,000.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $79,500.0 million and accounted for nearly 8.93% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. The North America region accounted for 50.78% of the total Private Equity/Venture Financing deals done globally, and accounted for 47.50% of the total deal size on a global scale.
