A total of 1165 Mergers & Acquisitions deals were recorded over the last twelve months (LTM) for an aggregate deal value of $594,049.5 million. In the LTM period, September 2021, turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $38,052.2 million and a deal volume of 201 during that month. On the other hand, the month of November 2021, was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 228 deals with a total deal value of $862,370.7 million during that month.
On an average, over the LTM period, 97 deals were done with an average deal size of $49,504.1 million.
