Of the 86 deals, the deal secured between ABN AMRO Bank NV; Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank SA; Danske Bank AS; DNB Bank ASA; Nordea Bank Abp; Rabobank NA; Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB and Mowi ASA, was the largest Debt Offering deal in the Norway, which was valued at $2,142.8 million and was completed on June 30, 2021. The second-largest deal was between Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH; European Bank for Reconstruction and Development; International Development Finance Corporation; The Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO) and Scatec ASA, while the third-largest deal was between DNB Bank ASA; Nordea Bank Abp and Grieg Seafood ASA. The Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH; European Bank for Reconstruction and Development; International Development Finance Corporation; The Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO)-Scatec ASA deal and the DNB Bank ASA; Nordea Bank Abp-Grieg Seafood ASA deal were valued at $334.5 million and $170.2 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Nordic Investment Bank-Entra ASA valued at $111.7 million, whereas the deal between DNB Bank ASA; Nordea Bank Abp-Grieg Seafood ASA valued at $85.6 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,844.8 million and accounted for nearly 13.63% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
