Of the 161 deals, the deal secured between Aeternum Capital LLP; Canada Pension Plan Investment Board; Cinven Ltd; General Atlantic LLC; GIC Pte Ltd; Government Pension Fund Norway; HgCapital LLP; Intermediate Capital Group Plc; Montagu Private Equity LLP; TPG Capital LP; Vind AS; Visma Retail Software AS - Management Team; Warburg Pincus LLC and Visma Retail Software AS, was the largest Private Equity/Venture Financing deal in the Norway, which was valued at $5,169.2 million and was completed on September 13, 2021. The second-largest deal was between Permira IP Ltd and Adevinta ASA, while the third-largest deal was between Hafslund Produksjon Holding AS; HitecVision AS; Infranode and Hafslund Oslo Celsio AS. The Permira IP Ltd-Adevinta ASA deal and the Hafslund Produksjon Holding AS; HitecVision AS; Infranode-Hafslund Oslo Celsio AS deal were valued at $2,250.0 million and $1,050.7 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Credit Suisse AG; Waterfall Asset Management, LLC-Finn.no AS valued at $565.0 million, whereas the deal between Erling Bidco AS-EcoOnline Holding AS valued at $400.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $9,434.8 million and accounted for nearly 80.79% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
