The number of active Technology related job postings in Norway driven by Technology decreased by 8.91% MoM, and decreased by 21.13% since October 2023, reaching 1,340 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 496 new Technology related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 24.85% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 627 Technology related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 24.82% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted decreased by 30.24% and the number of Technology related jobs closed decreased by 21.03%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 11.31%, the number of active Technology related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 7.61% and the number of Technology related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 7.57%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Technology related jobs posted stood at 649, the average number of Technology related jobs closed stood at 760 and the average number of active Technology related jobs stood at 1,538.
