The number of active job postings in Poland decreased by 11.97% MoM, and decreased by 14.14% since October 2023, reaching 23,434 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 18,317 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 18.39% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 21,502 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 10.75% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted increased by 46.65% and the number of jobs closed increased by 71.74%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new jobs posted observed a growth rate of 13.61%, the number of active job postings observed a negative growth rate of 4.95% and the number of jobs closed observed a growth rate of 19.75%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 19,525, number of jobs closed stood at 20,497 and number of active jobs stood at 26,403.
