Of the 67 deals, the deal secured between Startree Investments Pte Ltd and Sembcorp Marine Ltd, was the largest Equity Offering deal in the Singapore, which was valued at $1,114.9 million and was completed on June 24, 2021. The second-largest deal was between Standard Chartered Plc; Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp and ARA Asset Management Ltd; ATOME Financials, while the third-largest deal was between Infratil Ltd and Gurin Energy Pte Ltd. The Standard Chartered Plc; Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp-ARA Asset Management Ltd; ATOME Financials deal and the Infratil Ltd-Gurin Energy Pte Ltd deal were valued at $500.0 million and $233.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between AC Energy Corp-AC Renewables International Pte Ltd valued at $140.2 million, whereas the deal between Cathay Innovation; Endeavor Catalyst; MDI Ventures-FinAccel Pte Ltd valued at $125.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,488.1 million and accounted for nearly 33.43% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
