Of the 175 deals, the deal secured between Nordea Bank Abp; Svenska Handelsbanken AB; Swedbank AB and Dustin Group AB, was the largest Debt Offering deal in the Sweden, which was valued at $563.2 million and was completed on November 18, 2021. The second-largest deal was between European Investment Bank and Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget, while the third-largest deal was between European Investment Bank and Essity AB. The European Investment Bank-Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget deal and the European Investment Bank-Essity AB deal were valued at $347.7 million and $339.3 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between European Investment Bank-AB Electrolux valued at $281.2 million, whereas the deal between TriplePoint Capital, LLC.-Juni Technology AB valued at $106.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,637.3 million and accounted for nearly 5.28% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
