The second-largest deal was between DNCA Investments; Fjarde AP-fonden; Handelsbanken Fonder AB; Joh. Berenberg Gossler & Co KG; Montanaro Asset Management Limited; TIN Fonder and Surgical Science Sweden AB, while the third-largest deal was between Symrise AG and Swedencare AB (publ). The DNCA Investments; Fjarde AP-fonden; Handelsbanken Fonder AB; Joh. Berenberg Gossler & Co KG; Montanaro Asset Management Limited; TIN Fonder-Surgical Science Sweden AB deal and the Symrise AG-Swedencare AB (publ) deal were valued at $313.0 million and $135.3 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between AB Sagax; Clearance Capital LLP; Lansforsakringar AB; NRP Anaxo Management AS-Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB valued at $101.1 million, whereas the deal between AMF Pensionsforsakring AB-Polarium Energy Solutions AB valued at $96.5 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $964.0 million and accounted for nearly 12.72% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
