In the LTM period, September 2021, turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $2,144.2 million and a deal volume of 8 during that month. On the other hand, the month of May 2022, was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 3 deals with a total deal value of $56,464.7 million during that month.
On an average, over the LTM period, 14 deals were completed with an average deal size of $503.2 million.
