The second-largest deal was between Wolverine World Wide Inc and Lady of Leisure Holdings Ltd, while the third-largest deal was between Delivery Hero SE and Roofoods Limited. The Wolverine World Wide Inc-Lady of Leisure Holdings Ltd deal and the Delivery Hero SE-Roofoods Limited deal were valued at $410.0 million and $393.9 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between THG PLC-Cult Beauty Ltd valued at $371.0 million, whereas the deal between ST Brands, Inc.-Always Pure Organics Ltd. valued at $183.2 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,983.1 million and accounted for nearly 67.72% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
