In the LTM period, July 2021 turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $1,112.9 million, resulting in an average deal value of $159.0 million during that month. On the other hand, the month of October 2021 was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 10 deals, resulting in an average deal value of $51.6 million during that month.

The fourth-largest deal was between 10T Holdings LLC; Ava Labs Inc; Coinbase Ventures; GMF Capital, LLC; GoldenTree Asset Management, LP; HOF Capital; Kenetic Capital Ltd; Kestrel 0x1; Kingsway Capital LLP; Nural Capital First Light; Raptor Group Holdings; Rovida Kruptos Assets; SVK Media Limited; Terraform Labs Inc.; tokentus investment AG; Vectr Fintech Partners-Qredo Ltd valued at $80.0 million, whereas the deal between Andreessen Horowitz LLC-Lido Finance valued at $70.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.

  • Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,650.0 million and accounted for nearly 69.66% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
