United States witnessed 117 Equity Offering deals in July 2022, for an aggregate deal value of $1,914.5 million. This represents a decrease of 91.4% in terms of value and a decrease of 28.0% in terms of volume, year over year.
A total of 2300 Equity Offering deals were recorded over the last twelve months (LTM) for an aggregate deal value of $134,986.2 million. In the LTM period, August 2021, turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $17,940.4 million and a deal volume of 110 during that month. On the other hand, the month of December 2021, was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 203 deals with a total deal value of $767,720.4 million during that month.
On an average, over the LTM period, 191 deals were done with an average deal size of $11,248.8 million.
