A total of 482 Private Equity/Venture Financing deals were completed over the last twelve months (LTM) for an aggregate deal value of $24,753.9 million. In the LTM period, October 2021, turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $120.0 million and a deal volume of 1 during that month. On the other hand, the month of March 2022, was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 2 deals with a total deal value of $96,949.7 million during that month.
On an average, over the LTM period, 40 deals were completed with an average deal size of $2,062.8 million.
