The number of active Cloud related job postings in United States driven by Cloud decreased by 7.22% MoM, and decreased by 15.34% since October 2023, reaching 92,474 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 26,050 new Cloud related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 1.09% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 33,251 Cloud related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 3.06% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted decreased by 25.74% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed decreased by 8.19%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 9.44%, the number of active Cloud related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 5.4% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 2.81%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Cloud related jobs posted stood at 30,135, the average number of Cloud related jobs closed stood at 34,608 and the average number of active Cloud related jobs stood at 102,254.
