JPMorgan Chase & Co is an American investment bank with a market capitalization of $336 billion. In 2021, the company reported 49% women participation in its workforce which remained unchanged over 2020. Representation of women in the company at the senior management level was 26% in 2021.

Bank of America, the US-based bank and financial holding company with a market capitalization of $267 billion. In 2021, the company reported 53.5% of women participation in its workforce. Representation of women in the company at the senior management level was 36.7% in 2021.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd (ICBC) provides a range of personal and commercial banking, wealth management, and treasury management services. In 2021, the company reported 49.3% women participation in its workforce.

Consumer Sector:

Procter & Gamble Co (P&G) is one of the world’s largest fast-moving consumer goods companies, with a market capitalization of $333 billion. In 2021, the FMCG company reported 40% women participation in its workforce, an increase of 3.1 percentage points over 2020.

Nestle SA (Nestle) is a Switzerland-based manufacturer and marketer of food products and beverages with a market capitalization of $317 billion. In 2021, the consumer goods company reported 38.6% women participation in its workforce.

The Coca-Cola Co (Coca-Cola) is a producer, distributor, and marketer of non-alcoholic beverages. In 2021, the company reported 43% women participation in its workforce.

Technology Sector:

Apple Inc (Apple) is one of the world’s most valuable companies, with a market capitalization of $2.5 trillion. In 2021, the technology giant reported 34.8% women participation in its workforce, an increase of 0.8 percentage points over 2020. At the leadership level, the representation of women globally increased to 31.4% by 0.4 percentage points over 2020.

Microsoft Corp (Microsoft) is a leading technology company with a market capitalization of $1.9 trillion. In 2021, the technology giant reported 29.7% women participation in its workforce, an increase of 1.1 percentage points over 2020. 

Alphabet Inc (Alphabet), the holding company of Google, is a global technology company. In 2022, the technology giant reported 33.9% women participation in its workforce, an increase of 1.4 percentage points over 2021. In leadership roles, the representation of women globally increased to 30.6% by 2.5 percentage points over 2021.

Oil & Gas Sector:

Saudi Arabian Oil Co (Saudi Aramco) is one of the world’s largest state-owned petroleum and natural gas companies, with a market capitalization of $2.2 trillion. In 2021, the oil & gas company reported 5.6% women participation in its workforce.

Exxon Mobil Corp (ExxonMobil) is an integrated oil and gas company that discovers, explores, develops, and produces crude oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids. In 2021, the US-based oil & gas company reported 29% women participation in its workforce.

Chevron Corp (Chevron) is an integrated oil and gas company with a market capitalization of $309 billion. In 2021, the oil & gas company reported 30% women participation in its workforce.
