A total of 177 Mergers & Acquisitions deals were recorded over the last twelve months (LTM) for an aggregate deal value of $46,110.1 million. In the LTM period, September 2021, turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $3,739.1 million and a deal volume of 10 during that month. On the other hand, the month of December 2021, was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 29 deals with a total deal value of $6,313.8 million during that month.
On an average, over the LTM period, 14 deals were done with an average deal size of $3,842.5 million.
