The Global Oil & Gas sector witnessed 20 Equity Offering deals in July 2022, for an aggregate deal value of $1,254.3 million. This represents a decrease of 57.8% in terms of value and a decrease of 57.0% in terms of volume, year over year.
A total of 537 Equity Offering deals were recorded over the last twelve months (LTM) for an aggregate deal value of $48,239.0 million. In the LTM period, December 2021, turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $2,951.9 million and a deal volume of 9 during that month. On the other hand, the month of March 2022, was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 67 deals with a total deal value of $7,134.1 million during that month.
On an average, over the LTM period, 44 deals were done with an average deal size of $4,019.9 million.
