The number of active job postings in the Oil and Gas sector of Netherlands decreased by 12.63% MoM, and decreased by 27.67% since October 2023, reaching 332 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 51 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 0% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 99 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 17.5% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 51.89% and the number of jobs closed increased by 5.32%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 21.64%, the number of active job postings observed a negative growth rate of 10.23% and the number of jobs closed observed a growth rate of 1.74%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 72, number of jobs closed stood at 101 and number of active jobs stood at 405.
