The number of active Artificial Intelligence related job postings in the Oil and Gas sector of United States decreased by 3.95% MoM, and decreased by 21.08% since October 2023, reaching 292 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 103 new Artificial Intelligence related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 1.98% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 115 Artificial Intelligence related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 33.14% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted decreased by 41.14% and the number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed decreased by 2.54%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 16.2%, the number of active Artificial Intelligence related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 7.59% and the number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 0.85%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted stood at 128, number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed stood at 134 and number of active Artificial Intelligence related jobs stood at 335.
