The number of active job postings in the Alternative Energy sector of China increased by 3.68% MoM, and increased by 0.78% since October 2023, reaching 901 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 73 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 28.07% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 41 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 17.14% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 1.35% and the number of jobs closed decreased by 85.61%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 0.45%, the number of active job postings observed a growth rate of 0.26% and the number of jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 47.6%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 64, number of jobs closed stood at 115 and number of active jobs stood at 877.
