The SK E&S Co Ltd-REV Renewables LLC deal and the Generate Capital Inc-Nexamp Inc deal were valued at $400.0 million and $240.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Glencore Plc; Yorkville Advisors LLC-Eos Energy Enterprises Inc; Li-Cycle Holdings Corp valued at $200.0 million, whereas the deal between Orion Energy Partners LLC-Talen Energy Corp valued at $175.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,490.0 million and accounted for nearly 2.89% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. The North America region accounted for 65.36% of the total Equity Offering deals done globally, and accounted for 4.18% of the total deal size on a global scale.
