The second-largest deal was between Liberty Utilities Co and AEP Transmission Co LLC; Kentucky Power Co, while the third-largest deal was between TotalEnergies SE and Clearway Energy Group LLC. The Liberty Utilities Co-AEP Transmission Co LLC; Kentucky Power Co deal and the TotalEnergies SE-Clearway Energy Group LLC deal were valued at $2,846.0 million and $1,600.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Constellation Energy Generation LLC-Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC valued at $885.0 million, whereas the deal between Brookfield Renewable Corp-Urban Grid Solar Inc valued at $650.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $9,131.0 million and accounted for nearly 34.82% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
