Based on the data from United Nations, to prevent the worst effects of climate change, emissions must be cut in half by 2030 and to zero by 2050. Only 29% of the world's energy is currently derived from renewable sources. To address the growing environmental concerns, countries across the globe are required to reduce their reliance on fossil fuels and alternative sources of energy that are clean, accessible, affordable, and dependable. Furthermore, renewable energy sources are cheaper and can create jobs.
