The number of active job postings in the Clean Technology sector of Germany increased by 1.15% MoM, and decreased by 7.67% since October 2023, reaching 614 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 23 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 71.6% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 16 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 86.32% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 58.93% and the number of jobs closed decreased by 64.44%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 25.67%, the number of active job postings observed a negative growth rate of 2.62% and the number of jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 29.16%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 53, number of jobs closed stood at 63 and number of active jobs stood at 632.
