The number of active job postings in the Power sector of Spain decreased by 10.28% MoM, and decreased by 22.74% since October 2023, reaching 384 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 68 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 18.07% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 112 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 6.67% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 50% and the number of jobs closed decreased by 17.04%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 20.63%, the number of active job postings observed a negative growth rate of 8.24% and the number of jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 6.04%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 103, number of jobs closed stood at 131 and number of active jobs stood at 439.
