The number of active job postings in the Power sector of France decreased by 13.7% MoM, and decreased by 11.12% since October 2023, reaching 8,948 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 1,609 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 90.87% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 3,029 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 198.72% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted increased by 59.31% and the number of jobs closed increased by 196.09%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new jobs posted observed a growth rate of 16.79%, the number of active job postings observed a negative growth rate of 3.85% and the number of jobs closed observed a growth rate of 43.6%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 1,180, number of jobs closed stood at 1,463 and number of active jobs stood at 9,980.
