Women Representation in ABFRL’s Workforce

It provides apparel categories that include casual wear, formal wear, ethnic wear, party wear, and activewear for men, women, and kids among others. ABFRL provides non-apparel products including footwear, perfumes, cosmetics, handbags, fashion jewelry, watches, and others.

In the financial year (FY) ending 2022, women represented 56% of all ABFRL’s total workforce, an increase of two percentage points over FY2021.

ABFRL had 85% women representation at the workers level, 22% in junior management, 26% in middle management, and 22% in senior management in FY2022.
