The number of active Artificial Intelligence related job postings driven by Artificial Intelligence in the Retailing sector of the Europe region decreased by 12.31% MoM, and decreased by 22.69% since October 2023, reaching 1,240 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 409 new Artificial Intelligence related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 39.59% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 583 Artificial Intelligence related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 31.9% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted decreased by 50% and the number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed decreased by 25.06%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 20.63%, the number of active Artificial Intelligence related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 8.22% and the number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 9.17%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted stood at 516, the average number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed stood at 597 and the average number of active Artificial Intelligence related jobs stood at 1,455.
