The CCB Trust Co., Limited; China Resources Capital Management Ltd; China Resources National Commission Xiamen Consumer Fund; China State-owned Enterprise Structural Adjustment Fund Co Ltd-Peak Sport Products Co Ltd deal and the Dunamu Inc-Musinsa Co., Ltd. deal were valued at $300.0 million and $89.5 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Tian Lun Group Ltd-Tian Lun Gas Holdings Ltd valued at $53.8 million, whereas the deal between Busan City Gas Co Ltd; Palantir Technologies Inc; SK E&S Co Ltd-Hyundai Oilbank Co Ltd; PT Bayu Buana Gemilang valued at $20.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,263.3 million and accounted for nearly 18.47% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. The Asia-Pacific region accounted for 19.60% of the total Equity Offering deals done globally, and accounted for 2.29% of the total deal size on a global scale.
