The second-largest deal was between Neighbourly Pharmacy Inc and Rubicon Pharmacies Canada Inc, while the third-largest deal was between Parkland Corp and M&M Meat Shops Ltd. The Neighbourly Pharmacy Inc-Rubicon Pharmacies Canada Inc deal and the Parkland Corp-M&M Meat Shops Ltd deal were valued at $338.7 million and $257.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Sundial Growers Inc-Alcanna Inc. valued at $253.8 million, whereas the deal between A-Mark Precious Metals Inc-Silver Gold Bull Inc valued at $110.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,902.5 million and accounted for nearly 93.83% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
