The Central Group Co Ltd; SIGNA Holding GmbH-Selfridges & Co deal and the Brookfield Super-Core Infrastructure Partners LP; Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan-Scotland Gas Networks Plc deal were valued at $5,322.0 million and $2,499.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Vitol Holding BV-Vivo Energy Plc valued at $1,809.0 million, whereas the deal between Gushen Inc-Dyckmanst Ltd valued at $667.8 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $15,832.2 million and accounted for nearly 84.73% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
