The number of active Cybersecurity related job postings in the Technology and Communications sector of Canada decreased by 5.1% MoM, and decreased by 15.12% since October 2023, reaching 1,173 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 372 new Cybersecurity related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 5.98% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 435 Cybersecurity related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 9.94% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cybersecurity related jobs posted decreased by 13.08% and the number of Cybersecurity related jobs closed increased by 10.97%.
