  • A total of 112 Debt Offering deals (pending and completed) were announced in the Technology, Media and Telecom of the Europe region, in the last twelve months resulting in a total deal value of over $121,462.5 million. In the LTM period, January 2022 turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $22,839.1 million, resulting in an average deal value of $2,076.3 million during that month. On the other hand, the month of December 2021 was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 14 deals, resulting in an average deal value of $746.8 million during that month.

  • Of the 112 deals, the deal secured between AXA IM Alts1; Generali Global Infrastructure SAS; Kommunalkredit Austria AG; Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg; National Australia Bank Ltd and Deutsche Glasfaser Holding GmbH, was the largest Debt Offering deal in the Europe Technology, Media and Telecom sector, which was valued at $3,394.9 million and was completed on December 13, 2021. The second-largest deal was between AXA IM Alts1; Generali Global Infrastructure SAS; Kommunalkredit Austria AG; Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg; National Australia Bank Ltd and Deutsche Glasfaser Holding GmbH, while the third-largest deal was between Allianz Global Investors US LLC; AXA IM Alts1; Banco de Sabadell SA; Banco Santander SA; DNB (UK) Limited; Edmond de Rothschild Limited; Export Development Canada; Intesa Sanpaolo SpA; Lloyds Bank Plc; MEAG Munich Ergo AssetManagement GmbH; National Australia Bank Ltd; National Westminster Bank Plc; NIBC Bank NV; Royal Bank of Canada; Schroders Capital; Vantage Infrastructure Holdings Ltd and euNetworks Group Ltd.
