The fourth-largest deal was between EQT IX Fund; Hellman & Friedman LLC-zooplus AG valued at $4,342.6 million, whereas the deal between Permira IP Ltd-Adevinta ASA valued at $2,250.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $23,614.5 million and accounted for nearly 15.65% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. The Europe region accounted for 17.03% of the total Private Equity/Venture Financing deals done globally, and accounted for 0.28% of the total deal size on a global scale.
