A total of 17226 Private Equity/Venture Financing deals were recorded over the last twelve months (LTM) for an aggregate deal value of $547,659.0 million. In the LTM period, November 2021, turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $191.0 million and a deal volume of 3 during that month. On the other hand, the month of March 2022, was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 1693 deals with a total deal value of $45,331.5 million during that month.
On an average, over the LTM period, 1435 deals were done with an average deal size of $45,638.2 million.
