A total of 1,118 Private Equity/Venture Financing deals (pending and completed) were announced in the Technology, Media and Telecom of United States, driven by Digital Media, in the last twelve months resulting in a total deal value of over $75,402.3 million. In the LTM period, March 2022 turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $12,933.1 million, resulting in an average deal value of $157.7 million during that month.
