This represents an increase of 54.4% in terms of value and a decrease of 22.0% in terms of volume, year over year.
A total of 190 Private Equity/Venture Financing deals were recorded over the last twelve months (LTM) for an aggregate deal value of $10,301.7 million. In the LTM period, March 2022, turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $1,925.4 million and a deal volume of 15 during that month. On the other hand, the month of November 2021, was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 28 deals with a total deal value of $1,626.4 million during that month.
On an average, over the LTM period, 15 deals were done with an average deal size of $858.5 million.
