The second-largest deal was between Dye & Durham Corporation and Link Administration Holdings Ltd, while the third-largest deal was between Australia Tower Network Pty Ltd and Axicom Pty Ltd. The Dye & Durham Corporation-Link Administration Holdings Ltd deal and the Australia Tower Network Pty Ltd-Axicom Pty Ltd deal were valued at $2,829.3 million and $2,681.3 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Sinch AB-Message4U Pty Limited valued at $1,300.0 million, whereas the deal between Hornblower Cruises and Events-Journey Beyond valued at $600.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $36,410.6 million and accounted for nearly 88.13% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
