In 2021, the company reported 37.3% women participation in its workforce, an increase of 0.4 percentage points over 2020. At the senior management level representation of women globally increased to 32.5% by 2.8 percentage points over 2020.
In 2021, the representation of Asian employees in the US HP office was 13.6% which increased 0.7 percentage points from 2020. Black & African American and Hispanic & Latinx employees represented 4.5 % and 9.6% of the US office, respectively.
HP has set a goal to achieve 50-50 gender equality in the company leadership by 2030. The company also aims to double the number of Black/African American executives by 2025, from a 2020 baseline.
