The fourth-largest deal was between B Capital Group; Falcon Edge Capital, LP; Horizons Ventures Ltd; Kunlun Fund; Tybourne Capital Management (HK), Ltd.-PT Bumi Berkah Boga valued at $96.0 million, whereas the deal between GIC Pte Ltd-Bukalapak valued at $95.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.

  • Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,411.0 million and accounted for nearly 77.94% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
