The fourth-largest deal was between Balderton Capital (UK) LLP; European Bank for Reconstruction and Development; heal.capital Management GmbH; Inovo Venture Partners; Karma Ventures; One Peak Partners LLP-Infermedica Inc; Ramp Network valued at $30.0 million, whereas the deal between Inovo Venture Partners; PeakSpan Capital, LLC; Rafał Brzoska-Tidio Poland Sp z o.o valued at $25.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $274.5 million and accounted for nearly 29.78% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
