The fourth-largest deal was between Banco Ahorro Famsa S.A. Institucion de Banca Multiple; Banco Mercantil del Norte SA; Clocktower Ventures; Endeavor Catalyst; Grupo Financiero Banorte SAB de CV; Henry Kravis; Homebrew LLC; Tiger Global Management LLC-Inversiones MCN SAS valued at $200.0 million, whereas the deal between Prosus NV-Movile Internet Movel SA valued at $191.8 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,146.8 million and accounted for nearly 46.77% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
