The Hellman & Friedman Capital Partners X, L.P.-Splunk Inc deal and the SoftBank Vision Fund LP-GM Cruise LLC deal were valued at $1,380.0 million and $1,350.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Bain Capital Private Equity LP; Cross Point Capital LLC-ExtraHop Networks Inc valued at $900.0 million, whereas the deal between BDT Capital Partners LLC; Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP; MSD Partners LP-Loanpal valued at $800.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $20,930.0 million and accounted for nearly 70.66% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
