The number of active Technology related job postings driven by Technology in the Transport and Logistics sector of the Europe region decreased by 9.92% MoM, and decreased by 13.33% since October 2023, reaching 8,436 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 1,608 new Technology related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 6.57% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 2,537 Technology related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 21.97% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted decreased by 27.67% and the number of Technology related jobs closed increased by 20.64%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 10.23%, the number of active Technology related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 4.66% and the number of Technology related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 6.45%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Technology related jobs posted stood at 1,985, the average number of Technology related jobs closed stood at 2,280 and the average number of active Technology related jobs stood at 9,314.
